Peanut Butter Cupcakes
I've been wanting to expand the cupcake flavors I offer. So, I made a goal recently to try one new recipe a week. Here is my new favorite.... chocolate cupcake baked with a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup inside, topped with peanut butter buttercream frosting, drizzled with a chocolate glazed and garnished with crushed peanut butter cups. DELICIOUS!
Christening Cupcakes

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Cupcakes
These were for a little girl's 3 year old birthday party. I thought it was so sweet that she didn't want just Minnie Mouse cupcakes. She wanted Mickey and Minnie because there was going to be boys at the party as well as little girls. :-)
Pink Elephant Cupcakes
These were for a baby shower. The colors and theme were inspired by the baby's bedding. I think they are so sweet.
Peace, Love and Happiness
Most five-year-old girls want Hello Kitty, Barbie or Princess cupcakes for their birthday. Not this time. This sweet girl specifically requested peace, love and happiness cupcakes. Love it!
